New Supplies Arrive for Thousands of Classrooms in Oregon
Thanks to the generosity of Safeway customers and OnPoint Community Credit Union members, thousands more children in schools in Oregon and SW Washington are receiving brand new school supplies. This is a critical time of year for many classrooms, supplies are running low and it’s not even halfway through the school year.
While students were enjoying their winter breaks, the last of 279,360 pencils, 23,280 glue sticks and many other essential and fun school supplies arrived at school districts. See below for a list of all of the school districts benefiting from YOUR generosity during the KGW School Supply Drive.
