COVID 19 Response Updates

Update May 12, 2020: In response to the COVID 19 mandates from Oregon’s state leadership, and because our priority is the people we care about, Schoolhouse Supplies has made changes to our programs and processes which are outlined briefly below. We will keep this information up-to-date.

The Free Store for Teachers is closed for the rest of the 2019-2020 school year. Schoolhouse Supplies is working with school districts and nonprofit partners to distribute school supplies to students during this time. Please click here for information about the distribution of at-home learning kits.

We really, really hope that the Free Store will reopen for the 2020-2021 school year. Decisions about shopping and product distribution for the new school year will be communicated on our website and to teachers who have registered to shop at the Free Store.

All volunteer shifts and group volunteer programs remain cancelled for now.

Product donations are being accepted by appointment. For now, appointments are available M-F 9:30-2. Learn more and schedule here.

If you have a larger donation and you have questions or need information from us to coordinate with a shipper, please feel free to email us at info@schoolhousesupplies.org.

Volunteers are not be available to pick-up donations at your facility.

Staff are working remotely or distancing in the Schoolhouse Supplies warehouse,. Please email us if you need anything. Email info@schoolhousesupplies.org if you do not know who to contact.
